Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Oversee daily Meat department operations, including inventory management and product knowledge
- Lead and motivate the Meat team to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve store goals and objectives

Requirements:
- 24+ months retail experience, including 12+ months of team leadership experience
- Certified Meat Journeyman or equivalent training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
