Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our dynamic imaging services team. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic radiological exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality images for our patients, while also providing exceptional patient care and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic radiological exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment
• Verify patient identity and review medical records for appropriateness of exam or procedure
• Interview patients to obtain, verify, or update medical history and assess risk factors
• Communicate exam results and provide post-care instructions to patients
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  
  Requirements:
  
  
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (R)
  • Successful completion of American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BLS) training
  • Strong analytical and clinical skills necessary to determine the most age-appropriate method of providing radiographs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary to deal effectively with patients and hospital personnel
  • Technical knowledge necessary to operate equipment, including specialized equipment and computers
